Project LionPATH is comprised of an executive committee, a steering committee, a project management office, and a project team. In addition, several advisory committees will provide consultation regarding policy changes and system implementation issues, on an as-needed basis.
Responsible for the overall direction the project including the project budget, timeline and scope. The executive committee also reviews steering committee decisions, as needed.
Provides guidance and input for the project, and also makes decisions regarding software enhancements and functionality.
Project Management Office
Oversees the day-to-day operations of Project LionPATH, and keeps the steering and executive committees informed about the state of the project.
Project team members are assigned from key offices across the University, and have a level of expertise and institutional experience that will enable them to make most system configuration decisions. The team leads will be responsible for the hands-on work of implementing the new system.
Faculty, Academic Advising, and Student Advisory Committees will provide consultation regarding policy changes and system implementation issues, on an as-needed basis, to the Project LionPATH Steering Committee and the Project LionPATH Team.
